Sub: VHSE NSS Cell – deputation of NSS volunteers for national integration camp – selection of volunteers – reg.
Ref: Lr No.26291/2009/NSS dtd 6.11.09 from Director of VHSE.
The youth Officer and Head of Office, NSS regional centre has informed that the directorate of VHSE has been identified to represent Kerala State for the National Integration Camp organized by Rajayoga Education and Reserch Foundation, New Delhi and Prajapati Brahma Kumaries Iswariya Vidyalaya, Rajasthan to be held from 20th to 27th December 2009 at Hariyana.
You are therefore requested to send the details of volunteers willing to participate in the proposed camp. To and fro second class concession Railway/Road fare by the shortest route will be reimbursed at the camp site on production of tickets (original/Xerox) besides free boarding and lodging.
The Director of VHSE will make the final selection from among the willing volunteers. VHSE Directorate can select volunteers (8male and 7 female) and 1 male & 1 female Programme Officer. You are also requested to forward the details of Programme Officer who is willing to participate in the camp. The list of willing volunteers & Programme Officer should be send to the District co-ordinator on or before 17th November 2009 through email.
